Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to the Kode Pundit website and services or products that refer to them. By using the website or an applicable offering, you agree to these terms. A purchase or project engagement is also subject to the order, proposal or product terms you accept.

Those specific terms govern the matters they address, subject to applicable law. If documents conflict or the contracting entity is unclear, request clarification before proceeding.

Services and products

An agreed scope should describe the deliverables, access or licence being supplied, responsibilities, dependencies, fees and acceptance process. An enquiry or budget selection on this website is not a binding quote, delivery commitment or promise of suitability.

Changes to a project should be agreed in writing. Product features, supported integrations and limits should be described by the relevant product documentation or order. Third-party approval or availability may affect integrations.

Accounts and acceptable use

Where an account is offered, provide accurate information, use it only with appropriate authority and protect access credentials. Report suspected unauthorised access through the product's support channel or the contact email below.

Do not use the website or services for unlawful activity, infringement, deceptive conduct, unauthorised access, harmful code or disruption of other users. Do not submit information that you have no right to share. Product-specific usage limits may apply where disclosed.

Intellectual property and customer content

Rights to project deliverables, pre-existing materials, licences and third-party components should be stated in the signed agreement or product licence. Payment alone should not be assumed to transfer every underlying tool or third-party right.

Customers remain responsible for the content and materials they supply and for having the necessary permissions. Any permission needed to host, process or use that content to deliver the agreed service should be limited to that purpose and set out in the relevant agreement. These terms do not grant a blanket right to reuse customer work for publicity.

Third-party services

Products or projects may depend on hosting, payment, messaging, mapping, email or other providers. Their terms, charges, availability and technical restrictions may apply to their part of the service. Identify material dependencies before purchase or implementation.

Links to external sites do not mean Kode Pundit controls their content or practices. Review the relevant provider's terms and privacy information when using its services.

Payments and subscriptions

The applicable order or agreement should state the price, currency, taxes, payment schedule and any recurring charges before payment. The website's enquiry budget ranges are qualification questions, not public prices.

Where a subscription is offered, its billing period, price and renewal arrangements are presented before purchase. You can cancel at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current paid period. See the Refund Policy for cancellation and refund details.

Cancellation and termination

Project cancellation, outstanding work, access to deliverables and amounts payable are handled under the signed agreement and applicable law.

You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Your plan remains valid until the end of the current paid billing period. Use the cancellation option in the product where available, or contact us for help. Cancellation alone does not provide a prorated refund for the remaining period.

A service may need to be restricted or ended for serious misuse, security concerns or breach of applicable terms. The grounds, notice process and treatment of customer data, paid access and outstanding fees should be addressed by the relevant agreement; urgent security or legal circumstances may require immediate action.

Availability and expectations

Maintenance, network problems and third-party failures can affect availability. Any uptime, support response, delivery or performance commitment must be expressly agreed for the relevant offering. This page makes no universal availability or business-outcome guarantee.

Public information is provided for general guidance. Assess the suitability of a service for your needs and discuss important requirements before committing. Any warranties or limitations must be stated in the applicable agreement and remain subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Responsibility and liability

These terms do not waive customer remedies or set a universal liability cap. Any allocation or limitation of liability should be agreed for the specific service, be clear before purchase and comply with applicable law.

Nothing here is intended to exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Obtain advice on the applicable agreement where the consequences of failure are significant.

Changes and governing law

Changes to an existing paid engagement should follow its change process. Material changes to product terms or services should be communicated through the relevant product, with the treatment of existing subscriptions made clear.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India, without limiting any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law.
