Information you provide
When you send a project enquiry, the form collects your name, email, any business name or website you choose to provide, selected needs, project stage and description. Optional budget, timing and referral information help us understand the enquiry. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information.
Where a product offers accounts, purchases or support, relevant information can include account contact details, customer-submitted content, order references and support correspondence. The relevant product notice should identify what is collected and which fields are necessary.
How information is used
Enquiry information is used to review your request, respond, discuss scope and maintain relevant correspondence. For an agreed service or product, information may also be needed to deliver the work, administer an account, provide support, manage billing, prevent abuse and meet applicable record-keeping duties.
A product notice should identify any additional purposes and applicable legal grounds. Information should not be reused for an unrelated purpose without the notice and permissions required by applicable law. Sending an enquiry is not presented as consent to a marketing subscription.
Transactions and payment information
We use Razorpay, Cashfree and Stripe for payments, depending on the product or transaction. The provider used is identified at checkout. Providers may collect payment credentials directly; we may receive transaction identifiers, amount, currency, payment status and billing information.
Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider. Our enquiry form does not collect payment-card details. Do not send card numbers, security codes or banking credentials through the contact form or by email.
Logs, analytics and cookies
We use Vercel and Cloudflare for hosting and related infrastructure. These services may process IP addresses, timestamps, browser information and error records to deliver and protect the service. Retention depends on the provider, data type and purpose described below.
This marketing website does not currently configure a client-side analytics integration. Hosting services may process request logs, and individual products may use cookies or local storage for accounts, preferences or analytics. Relevant product notices describe those uses and available choices. Where nonessential tracking requires consent, that choice is provided before it is used.
Third-party services and international processing
Contact-form enquiries are sent through Resend. Hosting, email, payment and other service providers can process information to perform their roles. Products with messaging, maps, APIs or other integrations should identify those providers in their own notices rather than assuming this website uses all of them.
Providers may process information in India or other countries, depending on their infrastructure and the service used. Processing locations and transfer arrangements vary by provider and product. Contact us for information about the providers used for a particular service.
Retention and security
Retention varies by product, data type and purpose, from 30 days to the period for which an account or its content is maintained. Some product data is retained until you delete it or request deletion. We remove information when it is no longer needed for the stated purpose, unless continued retention is required by law. Contact us for the retention and deletion details that apply to a particular product or record.
Security measures should reflect the sensitivity of the information and the service involved. No internet service can promise absolute security. Avoid sending confidential credentials through the enquiry form; use an agreed secure method if a project requires access.
Your requests and choices
Contact contact@kodepundit.com to ask about information held about you, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Include enough context to identify the enquiry or product, without sending sensitive identification documents unless a secure verification process has been agreed.
Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law and the circumstances. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Where a retention obligation or another applicable exception affects deletion, we will explain the basis for retaining the information. You may also use any complaint process available under applicable law.
Updates and contact
We record changes using the last-updated date on this page and provide additional notice through an affected product where appropriate. Where a new use requires additional notice or permission, updating this page alone does not replace that requirement.
